Our Process

We believe the best way for us to serve our clients is to respect your time, your guests and the space we are working in while providing you the highest quality end product.

Before your shoot date, we will work with you to craft a detailed shoot day timeline that works best for your team and staff at each venue.

Each shoot will vary in length of time but on average, a Walkabout virtual tour will take 1-2 hours and a Lookabout virtual tour (360 degree stationary) will take an average of 30 minutes or less. We always walk through the space with you prior to shooting to be sure we capture every element you want to highlight.

Our Process

After the shoot is complete we immediately begin to process and create your virtual tours. Every image we capture for the virtual tour will go through an editing process to be sure we deliver the best quality. Our virtual tours also include the ability to link directly to your hotel’s reservation page, concierge email, restaurant reservation page or cabana reservation page as well as social media buttons for sharing the virtual tour. Once the editing process is complete we will send you your virtual tour links.

The tours can be used in a number of ways. Embed them on your company webpage to showcase your space and increase user engagement, and use them to share and market your space when creating proposals. We offer two kinds of virtual tours to serve every venue size. A Walkabout virtual tour will walk the viewer through the space, allowing them to feel as though they are actually there.

The Lookabout virtual tour is a stationary 360 degree tour. These are well suited for smaller spaces such as board rooms, private dining rooms, bathrooms and smaller resort rooms.
